Contribuição para o FUNDO de DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL das NACÕES UNIDAS - UNSDF (a ser criado)
Valores de contribuições oriundos de todas as Nações Unidas Organizadas, destinadas ao DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL, sobre a Movimentação ou Transmissão de Valores e de Créditos e Direitos de Natureza Financeira que incidira sobre os débitos seriam lançados sobre as contas mantidas pelas instituições financeiras dos membros participantes das Nações Unidas. Qualquer operação que represente circulação escritural ou física de moeda, e de que resulte ou não transferência da titularidade dos mesmos valores, créditos e direitos. Ex: o lançamento a débito, por instituição financeira em contas correntes de depósito, em contas correntes de empréstimo, em contas de depósito de poupança, de depósito judicial, ou lançamento a crédito, por instituição financeira, em contas correntes que apresentem saldo negativo, etc. Uma simples transferência da conta corrente para conta da poupança ou vice-versa (ate no mesmo banco) 0,38 % sobre o valor movimentado que se destinará ao fundo - UNSDF.
Este fundo terá como membros e com poder de vetos, aquelas Nações que aderirem imediatamente ao fundo.

Values of all contributions from the United Nations Organized, for the sustainable development, on the Movement or Transmission of Values and Credits and Rights of Nature which will focus on financial debts launched on the accounts maintained by financial institutions of the participating members of the United Nations. any operation representing scriptural or physical movement of currency, and which results or no transfer of ownership of the same values, claims and rights. Ex: launching the debt, by a financial institution for deposit accounts, current accounts loan, deposit accounts in savings and escrow deposit or a credit for financial institution current account showing a negative balance, etc.. A simple transfer of the current account to account savings or vice versa (up to the same bank) 0.38% of the value that will be dedicated to the busy background - UNSDF.
This fund will be members and veto power, those nations that adhere to the bottom immediately.

O presidente francês afirmou que a economia verde não pode ser a "salvação da pátria".
"Alguns quiserem transformar essa conferência exclusivamente sobre economia verde, mas esse é um conceito que precisa ser melhor definido e não pode ser colocado como uma solução para tudo. É apenas uma forma de chegar a uma solução", afirmou.
O continente europeu passa por uma profunda crise financeira e a questão dos financiamentos e da luta contra o protecionismo são os principais focos de discussões entre os governantes.
